OUR COMMITMENT TO FAST AND EASY EXCHANGE

If you haven't received your purchased item within the specified delivery timeframe, don't worry. You've got a window of 30 days to get in touch with our customer support team and let them know. After this period, we won't be able to process any claims.

Now, if you've had a change of heart, or for any other reason you no longer need the item, you're in luck. You can exchange it for a different size or color of the same product, provided that we have your preferred option in stock. Just make sure to initiate this process within 14 days of receiving your delivery. And of course, the item shouldn't have been used during this period. If the size or color you're after isn't available, or if you'd like a different product altogether, simply return the unwanted item and place a new order.

Remember, for this option to work, the product must be in its original condition, without any defects, and all parts and accessories should be intact. This includes keeping the original packaging and tags, and ensuring the product is undamaged overall. Please bear in mind that if products are returned damaged, we reserve the right to decline the return or exchange at any stage.

For heavier items that are returned due to a color or size change, or because they're no longer needed, the cost of return shipping will need to be covered by the buyer, unless the mistake was on our end.

Let's talk about timeframes. Once you've informed our support team about your concern within 14 days of receiving the item, you'll need to make sure it's back in our hands within another 14 days from that notice. Otherwise, we won't be able to entertain the return request.

Items that are returned without notifying our support team after this 14-day period won't be eligible for any claims. Additionally, any items sent back for a refund or exchange without the original documentation or return form will be rejected. So, when sending back the item, make sure to state the reason for return or exchange on the invoice/return form and let us know if you'd like a refund or an exchange.

On the topic of refunds, you have a 14-day window to return any item for a refund, for any reason, as long as it's unused and in resalable condition with the original packaging and tags intact. However, please note that this applies only to items purchased from EfitMarket or authorized merchants.

If you're returning an item without notifying our customer support team, please be aware that we won't be able to cover the return shipping costs.

Refunds will be credited according to the same criteria as the original purchase, provided the item is returned within 14 days of receiving it. However, if the item is in a non-resalable condition, we reserve the right to decline the return at any stage.

Please be responsible for ensuring that your packages are tracked when sending them back to us. We won't be held responsible for any lost or missing packages. Make sure to send them to the correct address, as we retain the right to decline payment issuance if the package is sent to the wrong location.

Once your return arrives at our warehouse, we'll process it within 5 business days. Do note that it may take up to 14 days for the refund to reflect in your bank statement, as processing times vary by institution. Refunds will be issued back to the original method of payment.

Lastly, please keep in mind that Groin Guards and Mouth Guards cannot be returned or exchanged once they've been used due to hygienic reasons.
