This comfortable and easy-to-use cervical cervical traction device lengthens the neck muscles, often providing quick and long-lasting relief from the soreness and irritation that accompanies cervical spine problems.
Instructions
Wrap the air neck traction device around the neck, valve to the left, adjust the shape/position of the inflatable layer, then close with the strap. First-time users should place it in front of a mirror.
Make sure the rubber pads are in the correct position. Tighten the inflation/deflation valve of the inflator before manual pumping.
Pump by hand until you reach the correct traction angle and correct amount of stretch/release as required by your comfort or doctor. If necessary, adjust the left and right sides separately. Once comfort and symptom relief is achieved, the adjustment is complete. When the optimum pressure is reached, close the ball valve.
The device can be used 2-3 times a day for a maximum of 20-30 minutes (but only 1-3 minutes for main traction).
After use, open the ball valve and gradually loosen the air valve to allow the air to escape slowly. Do not squeeze the device.
Start with light and medium traction, only 1-2 times a day, and continue to heavy traction when comfortable. Typically, a treatment cycle is 10-20 days. It can be used at your own convenience while watching TV, working on the computer, reading, traveling, reclining or relaxing, etc.
Do not fall asleep, use as a neck brace, if you have recently suffered an acute or sprain/strain, use only in the event of a serious injury, as prescribed by your doctor.
